[App_rpt-users] No audio from URIx

Install alsa-utils to see what the audio settings look like when allstar 
keys the radio up.

Use the alsamixer utility.

sound card 1: alsamixer -c0
sound card 2: alsamixer -c1
sound card 3: alsamixer -c2

etc....
