[App_rpt-users] Node Status not showing...

There is a problem with the status server and I am sure the powers to be will look into it. Until then you can live without it.
Also I have mentioned this before. If you don't want to hear constant connect/disconnect messages set the following two parameters in your node stanza in rpt.conf
holdofftelem=1
telemdefault=2
This will announce connect/disconnect messages YOU make but them will mute others after about 30 seconds. This is a good compromise giving you feedback of what you do but not others. This is the default setting in the BBB code.

Sort of; I'm referring to the malfunction of the online/visual alternative to querying which nodes one is connected to because the Alison verbal readout pisses a lot of people off if you're connected to more than a couple.
Oh and btw the account was originally setup with the tongue-in-cheek name Jah Rastafari to order reggae records. I often forget it's even there.

Not sure if your name is Jah, or Bob. But at any rate, I recently setup my first simplex allstar node and managed to hit the wrong command sequence and triggered a long train of announcements listing all the connected nodes. You mean to say that I'm not the only one who heard that? Most embarrassing. It eventually stopped abruptly and I did find myself disconnected. Hmm...

Yeah, I can wait and see what develops. It's not the end of the world; it's just getting the online status is better manners than subjecting
everyone (who isn't on a repeater with unnecessary Alison jabbering turned off) having to hear 30 repeater connections listed over the air...

You could be having some problems with internet host (especially if it
is comcast).
Probably temporary, don't go changing your settings over it just yet.
Give it a few days and reboots (computer and router) to see how it pans
out.
