[App_rpt-users] Voter delay and Asterisk question

You can just short out r69 and it is a 3.3 v logic input.  If your gps
still can't drive it then try opening r68.  If the pulse width from
the gps is too narrow then that can be a problem, but many gps's allow
the pulse width to be changed.
