[App_rpt-users] Which extensible PBX?

Greetings,

Which extensible PBX for general ham radio use?

I mean, we have a couple specialised distros for app_rpt use, and that 
is good.

But for other general usage, I tried XIPAR, pbxiaf, freepbx, and had a 
good read of a bunch of others.  Most stuff is just plain broken, 
unsupported, installer is broken, insanely complicated, or some other 
very irritating combination of various breakages.

There's so so so many interesting modules, toys, and apps, and adding 
them to ham radio would just be such a blast, but I emphatically do not 
look forward to building a larger system completely from scratch, nor do 
I look forward to being an admin on such a system.

There are numerous projects lying adrift.  Where is the hope?
