The Zone forecasts are gone, but you can get a text version of any lat/lon
web page and, with a modest amount of cleanup, it will TTS very nicely. 
I used curl and html2text with -nob  (no bold) option. 

I realized today that the alerts and warnings now require you to use
"https:"  for the URL .  I found I had to add "--no-check-certificate" to
the wget line for that to work.
