[App_rpt-users] DIAL sending audio to another DIAL when it shouldn't be - need some assistance please!

Are you using the alternate IP in the RTCM? Check the RTCM status (98) make 100% sure the voters are logged into the appropriate server. 

(Going off of memory) in asterisk CLI you can do a voter display [channel name] and itll show you all the connected RTCM's and the current RSSI. Make sure that matches what you expect. 

Voted receiver C on mountain 1, which server is it logged into, mountain 1's or mountain 2's?

Kinda need to see RTCM configs, voter.conf and rpt.conf
