[App_rpt-users] usbradio pre- & de-emphasis

Sounds like you're de-emphasizing the RX audio and not pre-emphasizing 
the TA audio, but should be.

The exact set-up is determined by the radio and what it wants/needs.  
What radio are you using and how do you have it connected?  What radio 
adapter are you using?
