[App_rpt-users] Squelch issue with RTCM and Kenwood

The RTCM will have longer squelch tails on weak signals or quick keys. Be
sure to set the squelch at least 3 full turns above threshold. You want it
to be around 350 or more on status menu 98. That will help.

Not sure if Chuck squelch will help. If you try it please post your
results.
