[App_rpt-users] Initial DAIL startup failure

Hi Bob,

The PS command shows the process running.  I can successfully stop and restart it.
The ‘COMM OK’ LED on the RA-35 is dark.  The ‘HB’ LED is on solid versus flashing, which I expect.

What are the indicators asterisk is running, but not talking to the RA-35.
