[App_rpt-users] Net Install Problem

My first thoughts are to download again and start from scratch.

What are you using to image your usb drive ?

You seem to have only the OS installed.

When it did not fully install, i doubt you will have the user name pass 
expected since that is most likely preformed  in the asterisk install 
script?

Could be a boot/grub issue? Review/clean your bios settings.

I would try it all again and see if you get the same result as a minimum.

I have never installed from usb but a dvd. So just my thoughts.
