[App_rpt-users] strangle garbling on second node

Just ont thing those test were made when both of my nodes are linked.

Just did another test and when unlinked both echolink and iaxrpt
transmission wont make multiple hungup message.

they connect by the startup_macro command and the macro is permanent link
