[App_rpt-users] Failed Connections

start with the DTMF.

listen to the readback of the failed connect. or Watch the console output

but before you make any changes to the system, reboot it.

If nothing has changed with your config than adjusting something is the 
wrong solution.

The chances of something having gone wrong in memory is a bit higher in 
a rf environment and a reboot often will flush that out. If it does, you 
need to look at bad memory and/or rf getting on your wiring.

But other possibilities exist.
