[App_rpt-users] ASL manually installing

Well, i think i fixed it, guess I'll know if something breaks further along
in the setup.

I followed the dependencies and i ran this:
apt-get install libcurl3 -y
followed by
apt-get install allstarlink -y

and it installed that time
