No, since the protocol of tcp-port 5200 (classic EchoLink) is different
from the Svxreflector's protocol. Please could you figure out your
intention. SvxLink supports EchoLink and app_rpt as far as I know too,
you want to connect an allstar node to a SvxReflector network?
