[App_rpt-users] Announcement: Statement regarding the changes to AllStarLink

 From what I have been able to gather, this is the apt_rpt-users list 
(under control of PTTLink) not the allstarlink forum. I think that may 
be a big part of the confusion. You, as I have, probably joined the 
group long ago. I have noticed cross posting to both lists, that adds to 
the confusion.
