I am not sure if my AMBEserverGPIO is running or not. Could I do ps ax | grep AMBEserverGPIO to check? I ran dmrlink.py under /opt/dmrlink/ambe_audio and test looked ok with my repeater peered to it. I did check if DMRGateway by doing ps ax | grep DMRGateway and saw it was running. I did not check the DMRGateway.ini so it must of been default to whatever came with it. Also when running python ambe_audio.py under /opt/dmrlink/ambe_audio I did not see any errors, when I key my HT I could see it on the console out put. I didn't see any grievous errors. Also did not hear myself on my node. Thank you, Bob/N1XBM On Fri, Jan 29, 2016 at 5:43 AM, Steve Zingman <szingman@msgstor.com> wrote:
Is AMBEserverGPIO running? Have you tested it for proper operation? is DMRGateway running? Are the settings in DMRGateway.ini correct?

So I followed instructions from previous emails.
I first went to my rpt.conf and did this
rxchannel = usrp/127.0.0.1:34001:32001
Then
Configure dmrlink.cfg in /opt/dmrlink/ambe_audio as a master Configure the repeater to point at the Pi as a peer. cd /opt/dmrlink/ambe_audio Test it by running python dmrlink.py in ambe_audio Watch the log stop dmrlink.py If you have rebooted DMRGateway should be running. Check it with ps ax | grep DMRGateway If not start it with /usr/local/bin/DMRGateway & Make sure asterisk is running and connect a node to it so you can hear it. start python ambe_audio.py
Everything looks OK on the output, other than not hearing myself. I am also using TS2 TG2 which by the looks of the default ambe_audio.cfg in /opt/dmrlink/ambe_audio has TG2 in the filter.
Is there any other ports I need to set? It looks like most things are set default.
