FYI, Today I got a ThumbDV and have tested it with the DMRGateway code. It works just as expected, no issues. I have it running on a "fresh" Raspberry Pi 2 in AMBEServer mode. We are using the DV3000. We have NOT tested the ThumbDV. It will probably work, but without testing it (we do not have one) I can not tell you if the gateway will work without issues.
