The last time I tried this, it prompted me to press "enter" to start the setup, but after a minute it started on it's own. Is that still the case? Quoting Jim Duuuude <telesistant@hotmail.com>:

BTW, for those of you who had failed installs because of this, you can log into your failed system as 'root' with the password of 'setup'.
Once logged in, you can restart the phase2 part of the install by typing 'sh /etc/rc.d/phase2.sh'.
