Not sure what you mean by choppy, but if the input from the internet over drives the software gains, that could happen. Have you adjusted your Echolink gains in echolink.conf? I had to adjust ours as follows because incoming and outgoing seemed to be over driven. At the suggestion of this list my first estimate was -6.0 and 0.0 respectively. erxgain=-7.0 ;-3.0 default etxgain=-1.0 ; 3.0 default Bob kk6ecm _____ From: app_rpt-users-bounces@ohnosec.org [mailto:app_rpt-users-bounces@ohnosec.org] On Behalf Of Bradley Haney Sent: Wednesday, August 13, 2014 7:56 PM To: app_rpt-users@ohnosec.org Subject: [App_rpt-users] Bad echolink Audio [Aug 13 21:51:49] NOTICE[16350]: app_rpt.c:15046 rpt: [28079] link=3200615/echolink/el0-0 TIMEOUT rxlingertimer [Aug 13 21:51:49] NOTICE[16350]: app_rpt.c:16628 rpt: node=28079 hnr=0 link=3200615/echolink/el0-0 got AFC=12 data= [Aug 13 21:51:49] NOTICE[16350]: app_rpt.c:16671 rpt: node=28079 link=3200615/echolink/el0-0 ACRK data=(null) [Aug 13 21:51:49] NOTICE[16350]: app_rpt.c:16699 rpt: [28079] link=3200615/echolink/el0-0 ACRK data= set l->lastrealrx [Aug 13 21:51:49] NOTICE[16350]: app_rpt.c:15046 rpt: [28079] link=3200615/echolink/el0-0 TIMEOUT rxlingertimer [Aug 13 21:51:49] NOTICE[16350]: app_rpt.c:16628 rpt: node=28079 hnr=0 link=3200615/echolink/el0-0 got AFC=12 data= [Aug 13 21:51:49] NOTICE[16350]: app_rpt.c:16671 rpt: node=28079 link=3200615/echolink/el0-0 ACRK data=(null) [Aug 13 21:51:49] NOTICE[16350]: app_rpt.c:16699 rpt: [28079] link=3200615/echolink/el0-0 ACRK data= set l->lastrealrx Anyone have any idea why audio from ECHOLINK comes in choppy i have tried to adjust everything i could think of..
