The ASL board has go full idiot. It's nothing more than non technical people taking over and they value control more than uptime. Look at the POS they appointed to the board as the tech liaison, he secretly was playing both sides. Bear in mind this person was responsible for a 50 day outage of his own servers, but the board considers him a reliable source for technical truth.
