I think this is a bit outside the scope of what's needed. You have a callsign, and that can be looked up if you want to get a hold of someone. Some people don't want to receive email, so they don't publish it. If a node is violating the TOS for ASL, (ie linking to non amateurs, etc), then kick off a recording of it to helpdesk@allstarlink.org. Anything else, you can block the node or user.
