Yes and no. For a audio and keying there will probably be no issues. For control of frequency and mode, you'll need to purchase the Yeasu CT62 RS-232 adapter cable.
Please also note that we have never tested app_rpt with an FT857 so we can't tell you for certain that app_rpt will work with it or not.
