No problem Jim. After looking at how others set up voter.conf I found a syntax issue. Once corrected, everything has worked flawlessly. My initial voter.conf was missing the [40586] line and had 1259 = xxxx,nodeemp,transmit,ulaw. (1259 is the serial number for my RTCM.) My functioning version of voter.comf is: ; chan_voter configuration ; ; [general] port = 667 buflen = 300 password = xxxx [40586] 40586 = xxxx,nodeemp,transmit plfilter = y My only question mark left is whether or not to use "ulaw" (as I saw in a version sent to me) or "mulaw" in the line. It simply means, that, while in a mode that is non-GPS oriented, the server is not accepting the connection. It could be from a number of mis-configurations, such incorrect password, a Voter.conf set up with a master, but with no master present, etc.. there could be many.

I am new to All-Star and have set up a server on an Intel i3 and am trying to get it to work with my RTCM acquired from Micro-Node. I had it linking to Mark's server at Micro-Node, but when I tried to set up my server using the same settings in voter.conf and rpt.conf I get the following error message on the RTCM repeatedly scrolling down the screen:
<System Time Not Set> ERROR! Host not acknowledging non-GPS disciplined operation.
If I change the Host password on the RTCM, it will stop scrolling the error message, but of course is not connected. I am uncertain as to where I should look to debug the issue. Any thoughts?
