[App_rpt-users] enabling courtesy tones

I've tried to enable the courtesy tones but nothing happens, is there a line I need to add to the config to enable it? I'm just trying to use the defaults to start with. These lines are uncommented: unlinkedct=ct2 remotect=ct3 linkunkeyct=ct8 The only tone that does work is the command tone... Thanks.Andrew.
