Try re-downloading the Net install image and use Image Burn or another type of burner software.. Are you sure you downloaded the x86 Dial distribution from allstarlink.org? I downloaded Allstar Link's DIAL iso from their site. I used FreeISO to burn the ISO to a finalized CD. The computer has WinXP installed. Set BIOS to boot first from USB_CDROM.
