Could the system be getting put into "bulletin mode" somehow? (Control state 1 in the sample rpt config) It rejects external linking and some other things when in that mode. Odd thing is that it is working now.. This happens from time to time for no reason and if I reboot the box it starts to work again most of the time.. At the moment it is working fine.
