[App_rpt-users] App_rpt support to AMI Events (https://github.com/ismaelisuani/rpt_events)

Hi Jim, I've added support to receive events via AMI when app_rpt updates RPT_* variables and when MDC-1200 and DTMF are detected, without the need for pooling sending commands via AMI.
