Re: [App_rpt-users] App_rpt-users Digest, Vol 122, Issue 18
Thanks Bryan. <EOL> issue looked fine when it was pasted in, sorry. Another question - is there a way to tell from "within the node" if port forwarding is working, like you can from a browser with canyouseeme.com, https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/, etc. On Tuesday, April 30, 2019, 5:00:26 AM PDT, <app_rpt-users-request@lists.allstarlink.org> wrote: Send App_rpt-users mailing list submissions to app_rpt-users@lists.allstarlink.org To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit http://lists.allstarlink.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/app_rpt-users or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to app_rpt-users-request@lists.allstarlink.org You can reach the person managing the list at app_rpt-users-owner@lists.allstarlink.org When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific than "Re: Contents of App_rpt-users digest..." Jim, How about using the following command? netstat -nl This should show you open ports on your node. Here is response back on my node for port 4569. Note: in my case I have port 4569 forwarded for this node. There should be several other ports that you see with this command. (I have removed the others) Active Internet connections (only servers) Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:4569 0.0.0.0:* 73 Marshall - ke6pcv From: App_rpt-users [mailto:app_rpt-users-bounces@lists.allstarlink.org] On Behalf Of Jim Aspinwall No1PC Sent: Tuesday, April 30, 2019 6:11 AM To: app_rpt-users@lists.allstarlink.org Subject: Re: [App_rpt-users] App_rpt-users Digest, Vol 122, Issue 18 Thanks Bryan. <EOL> issue looked fine when it was pasted in, sorry.
