Actually it could be simple.... Change your remote base over to a private node number. Then in your rpt.conf file only define the nodes you want to be able to connect to it. With this setup, the remote base would NOT be part of the allstar system... yes, but you must put the static nodes in both systems, not just the private system. both ends of the connection need to have the other node manually configured in it's [nodes] stanza with the correct IP address and port number. OK I was getting that impression. I have tried the password option, but the problem comes while streaming that remote base audio to the net. Until the password is entered it does not pass the audio through to the stream... We may just go back the private node option again.
