Leon, The odd even renewal year has been the way FRC did in past. I've been doing for over 20 years. It was confusing. The FRC would list exp date, MM/DD/YYYY on the repeater listing. Good if they have changed, but now they will get lots of renewals all at once and this usually means they will not act on it for months, but then again maybe it will be automatically done for their site. I've been working with repeaters and FRC for over 20 years, since early 90s. The FRC wants updates every 2 years and if your repeater freq ends in even number the update is to be submitted in odd year and if odd number update in even year.
