[App_rpt-users] Using a handmic while using a URI

Well, you could take apart the radio and solder to the back of the mic
jack, which I have done in the past, but if youre using it for an allstar
node there will not be much purpose for the mic as it will only TX to the
radios listening to the output frequency of the node, and will not be
transmitted via any internet links.
