How does one manually update the lat/long on the server page at allstarlink.org? It will not accept manual input of numbers and forces you to use the map which has never worked for me. 73 Doug WA3DSP http://www.crompton.com/hamradio

I am not running APRS. I just want to put the proper coordinates for my server in the config at allstarlink.org. Does configuring gps.config update this? If so I guess I will have to get an APRS PW and setup this file. 73 Doug WA3DSP http://www.crompton.com/hamradio

For me, I discovered the applet only works for Internet Explorer. It did NOT work for my Firefox. Once I used IE, I was able to access the map function and get to the coordinates. YMMV. tnx Mike / W5JR Milton GA

I just tried explorer 10, FF 25.0.1, and Chrome 31.0.1650.57 and none display the map. Just blank space and clicking there does nothing so the map is not there. Is it a google map? 73 Doug WA3DSP http://www.crompton.com/hamradio CC: brett.friermood@gmail.com; app_rpt-users@ohnosec.org From: w5jr.lists@att.net Subject: Re: [App_rpt-users] Lat Long update Date: Tue, 3 Dec 2013 00:51:55 -0500 To: doug@crompton.com For me, I discovered the applet only works for Internet Explorer. I suspect with IE 10 you will have to click the compatibility button to get it to work. Mark KC5EVE At 12:24 AM 12/3/2013, Doug Crompton wrote:

Doug, Had the same issue, the map DOES work, however most browsers won't show it as it contains a unauthenticated script within an https session. If your using Chrome, on the right, you should see a little "Shield" to the left of the favorites star, just click it and select "load unsafe script" cid:image001.png@01CEEF9B.A60B70A0 Gary KB2BSL From: app_rpt-users-bounces@ohnosec.org [mailto:app_rpt-users-bounces@ohnosec.org] On Behalf Of Doug Crompton Sent: Monday, December 02, 2013 8:08 PM To: app_rpt-users@ohnosec.org Subject: Re: [App_rpt-users] Lat Long update Asking again....
