Correct Wiring For The URIx Diagnostic Dongle
Hello All, Here is the wiring instructions from the FAQ: Pin 1 to Pin 7 Pin 2 to Pin 3 Pin 4 to Pin 8 *Pin 23 to Pin 24* 10K Resistor between Pins 21 and 22 10K Resistor between Pins 21 and *23* For URIx (CM119) only, also include the following connections: Pin 5 to Pin 10 Pin 6 to Pin 11
From uridiag:
Enter your selection:c Special Test Cable Pinout: 25 pin D-shell connector Pin 1 to Pin 7 Pin 2 to Pin 3 Pin 4 to Pin 8 * Pin 11 to Pin 24* 10K Resistor between Pins 21 & 22 10K Resistor between Pins 21 & 23 For URIx (CM119), also include the following: Pin 5 to Pin 10 Pin 6 to Pin* 11* Do *NOT* include these for the standard URI!! Also note you do not need external 12V for the additional op-amp. It will work on 5V from the URI as long as you do not exceed the P-P output for that voltage which would probably be somewhere around 2V P-P.
