Good morning, Too many questions :) I checked the link... yes, broken... If you have any FTP with 20GB free space and normal upload speed, I can upload Fedora17 image, sources, my image with Fedora, sources and Dahdi installed, and my final image with Asterisk My images need a 8GB each (8GB SD card image) Fedora18 use another version of kernel sources, if I remember it was 3.6.xx but last sources availible 3.2.27, that used by Fedora17. About audio, audio so normal, but if audio begins, it temporarily interrupts (slow cpu...) But maybe cpu works faster if before Asterisk compiling switch off all unused apps,modules and channels and compile Asterisk only with used apps. But I dont know what is used and what no As I understand, dahdi is needed only for USB fob, but is it needed only for audio card (without cor and ptt)? I know, but Freeswitch works on Rpi werry well with same CM108 audio adapter and for ptt used gpio (any extra module written). if Asterisk for audio nat need a dahdi, maybe possible to make any module for gpio using? I have a Cubieboard too, its price is about 70usd, but cpu faster, 1ghz. Maybe it works better? Hello all, I hope everyone is well. I could use a bit of help please. Does anyone know how to use DTMF commands to run a .sh file in allstar. I made a file to reboot my computer (reboot.sh) but I would like to access it by punching in a code thru the repeater. So I would punch in let's say 1234 and the allstar would run the .sh file. Beagleboard drops links and stops repeating.

Hi I have setup 2 Beagleboards with the LOX boards and i would like to get my third on line. I am having 2 issues that i do not know how to troubleshoot. The first is that what seems to be randomly they stop repeating and the links drop. the links are set up as permanent links using ilink,13 (permalink). The link commands automatically originate from the hub upon boot. the beagle boards stay up as i can still SSH into them. A reboot fixes the problem with the local repeat. However the links do not always restore. They do restore if i reboot the HUB computer i think it is because the permalink commands are reissued upon rebooting the hub. the Beagleboard was installed from the distro on the allstar web site, below is some information about the asterisk release and the Ubuntu. Any help in telling me how to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated. Ok so if the BB Black isn't an option, what are the minimum hardware specs I should be looking for when I go looking for a thin client? ideally I want four or five radio ports. Simple USB connections radios will supply cos / tos signals. and honestly I don't really need or care for linking it via the internet so less over head there. Thanks Sean, VE6SAR

I have tried several SIP clients with the same results. As mentioned I have checked to make sure NAT=YES is in my config files. Are there any port's that have to be looked at in the router at the server end other than the SIP port? All of the clients I have tried work behind the router. When I'm on my local WiFi all is well. If I go on the road and log into a WiFi system somewhere. I can register the account but it only seems to be a inward path only. When I watch CLI remotely, I see the connect, Answer, Wait, Playback going out OK but hear nothing on the Cell phone end. Than I see some CLI error messages that seem to point to the fact it isn't getting info back from the Cell phone end after which it processes a disconnect. Is this a port issue at the distant end of the link or something I have wrong on the Server end?? As I mentioned it works perfect when logged in on WiFI on the same network as the server. IAX clients seem to be having a similar issue connecting from the cell however IAXRpt works OK from the cell phone network using my PC to connect home to the server. Any ideas on this as I know people are using SIP OK out in the field.
