Registration issues

My nodes 27365 and 27751 both on same server is showing on the status page but not showing in the rpt_extnodes on other nodes im using standard port 4569. we have been seeing this with several nodes in our group over past month or so of coarse if we define in the rpt file we can connect but would be nice if it was registering. sometimes it may show up in a few hours or a day generally a reboot and its gone again Thanks for any help in advance 73 Randy KB3HJC

Adjusting Audio Levels

Hello, How do you adjust the audio levels on the node only. In the irlp world I use "Aumix". What do I use in the App_rpt world. Repeater using 2 gm300 and DMK Urix. Sal N6SPD Node 28365

Laptop Settings

Since I've installed my new node on a laptop, I want to be able to close the screen and have it go off and keep the laptop alive so the node will run. Where do I make these setting changes? Thanks 73 Jim W7RY

Echolink setup

I am trying to setup the echolink portion of an allstar node. I followed the instructions for echolink.conf. I don't see any errors, I know chan_echolink is built in. Is there any way to check logs or what is happening? It doesn't show up on Echolink. FYI, this is a conference (ie. *confname*). I am hoping that works ok? Any suggestions how I can troubleshoot this? Mike Kb8zgl

ERROR[1814] codec_dahdi.c: Failed to open /dev/zap/transcode: No such file or directory I doubt it, but I have gone through my config with 4 others to compare with and it is all right. I even tried the "database show" from the Asterisk command line and it lists nothing except: /dundi/secret /dundi/secretexpiry Mike Kb8zgl
