Greetings does anyone know the lines of codes that it takes to host your own stats?? The reason for the interest is to first of all become independent of the stats.allstarlink.org and the second half of the reason for my interest is to maintain 100% up time for my statistics on my servers.. URIx filter inductors

If you're still using it, be aware that Apple has deprecated it and no longer supports (or will fix vulnerabilities) QT on the Window$ platform. https://securityintelligence.com/its-time-to-let-go-of-quicktime-for-windows Download Audacity (free, so should appeal to hams...Google is your friend to find it) and install the Lame encoder (instructions on where to find it are in the Audacity dox...) to handle your mp3 needs. Codec of the WAV files

Hi all, We are saving the audio files in the path defined in the archivedir parameter of the rpt.conf The problem is that the WAV is gsm encoded. How can we change this default encode? Thanks in advance John

I have my node configured as a remote base node and when it is connected to another node, and the other node does a PLAYBACK, the remote base hears it and retransmitts it. Stats Server

The people who were providing the server space for the stats server (and promised to do so indefinitely) seem to have flaked. They keep giving me "gee i dunno" answers regarding when it will be back up. Therefore, I migrated the stats server functionality onto a different server (at a different hosting company). Unfortunately, I only had a backup from 2012, so it may still be somewhat broken, and the DIAL distros *may* be the wrong ones (since I had to upload those from my desktop, since I didnt get word back from Steve Zingman on the absolutely correct versions of the current distros yet). Anyway, the DNS entry is updated, so you should be able to see the changes shortly. For the curious, the new IP address is 209.198.22.194 (and can be accessed directly by IP address). If there are issues with the new system (and there most likely will be), please dont bombard me with tons of messages. Someone just needs to send ONE. I am VERY sick today, and had no excuse (other then it being MOST necessary) to have to work on this today. Thanks Jim, WB6NIL

app_rpt compiled with rxnotch?

Does anyone know if the current compiled app_rpt has the "rxnotch" capability? I have remote receivers linked back with CWIDs set for the same tone. Alone, CWID is transmitted back to the voter without PL tone, so they don't bring up the repeater transmitter. HOWEVER, if the user IS talking when the link transmitter sends its ID, it will come through. Having RXNOTCH might remove the fixed CWID tone frequency from going downstream to the network/user. If RXNOTCH isn't currently compiled, could that be done easily for users looking for this fix? Thanks, Duane KA1LM #42996
