All my nodes 40660/41182/41178 are no longer in the database

Have tried everything I can think of,unsuccessfully... Re-submitting my servers and nodes info. The statpost lines for my nodes are not commented - semicolon before them, nothing has worked. Any ideas? The hardest way, should I try running CentOS acid again on my computers-servers? Is there is a easier way on doing this? Can some one administering the main servers help? All suggestions welcome. SIMPLE USB and regular usb.conf

I have a 2 node system but i want 1 of the nodes to use simple usb and 1 to use the other method.. is that possible to have both on the same server at the same time running. WE currently use a vxr7000 repeater and to get good discrim audio we would hav eto do a mod on the repeater and we don't wan to do that so wanted to do simple usb on that machine and use DSP on our 5000 machine.. Hi everyone, New to Allstar Link System. Everything is working just fine. I can still be able to use my node but in the last 2 days I cannot find my node info; on the Active Node List (Node 40660 is no longer in the database). The info. is being listed on the Allstar Link -- Node List as registered. KP4AP 40660 446.450 mHz 100.0 Sto Domingo,DN Dom.Rep. Had some time this morning to do some trouble shooting based on some feedback, here are the results to your questions and suggestions (which I thank you for by the way!) *"What is the vintage of the computer, and how long has it been in operation? Is this a new "feature" that has appeared after years of use, or is this a new build exhibiting this from the get go?"* Computer is an IBM Lenovo ThinkCentre with a P4 processor, about 5 years old. Has been running as a linux box for over a year. This problem started about 6 months ago, so it was not always an issue. *"I wonder if the computer is logically moving the USB device. When this occurs, what are the results of executing lsusb at the Linux command line after exiting the CLI> prompt? Does it find the URI, and at the address shown in the error (4-1)? (lsusb will have two leading zeros... e.g 004-001)"* [root@QTH_Server ~]# lsusb Bus 004 Device 003: ID 0d8c:013a C-Media Electronics, Inc. In the error, the location was 4-1 *One test you can make on a functioning system (uri green light flashing) is pull the USB cable from the URI wait a few seconds and plug it back in. If the flashing green does not recover then your SW would not be able to recover from the USB disruptions.* The green light starts flashing like normal after I unplug the USB cable, and plug it back in. LOTS of attempts to connect, so I fixed that with a block of the offending IP in iptables, not sure if that has something to do with it or not. RTCM mix clients

Finally had a chance to look at this again. I tried resetting both sides after making the changes. No help. Set voter debug level 3 in asterisk and I'm seeing the following message repeatedly scrolling by in a blur when the mix client detects cor. Sequence numbers are continually incrementing by 1. I'm running software version 1.47 on all my clients. mix client (Mulaw) my_client index:0 their seq:629 our seq:629 mix client my_client outa bounds, resetting!! Can you offer any insight on what this debug message means? echolink index server

after broke the hard drive ti reinstalled the node allstar have noticed that my node is not connected with echolink node index server sometime however before desappears my echolink node in the echolink index i can to connect with every echolink station and the connection is perfectly maintained the with that station though the node but my node echolink is inot seen on the index of echolink -- Enviado desde EA8EE red movil

Doug, I'm glad to hear you will be submitting the patches to Jim for inclusion in the overall SVN. I'm interested in seeing the changes. I don't run Acid or the BBB image for that matter. I run checked out source from the SVN on Debian Wheezy. I'm looking forward to seeing the work that was done. HID Died

Good morning! My node uses a DMK URI and occasionally the green LED stops flashing and turns on steady. This is the error I get from the CLI. If I restart Asterisk, it seems OK for awhile again until the same thing happens. Rebooting the box makes no difference, still does it from time to time. It has been happening more frequently as of late (almost daily now). Any ideas or fixes? Thanks!
