Is there a procedure for loading the "new" DIAL version of asterisk for Raspberry pi2? I am looking to connect either a Pi2 or an intel NUC to a Yaesu Dr-1x using the Arcom RC-210 and the Arcom ADR. I noticed DIAL has replaced ACID as the latest flavor of asterisk for both PC and PI2. I have not found any install write-ups or YouTubes showing a DIAL install. Regardless of which platform I will need to use an USB to Serial adapter to connect the ALLSTAR node to the repeater controller. Hello all. New user here trying to get up to speed. I connected a DMK URI to our Asterisk running ACID. ACID CentOS Crash - Looking for the cause

Our ACID box crashed this evening; could not ssh into it, and green lights on URIs not blinking. Rebooted after front panel shutdown, and the URI on node 27178 blinked real slow, and audio out of the radio was marginally there and choppy. Performed this twice with the same results then rebooted via ssh. The repeater is acting normal now, but I'm wondering what might be happening, and looking to not have a repeat performance. Below are the last few messages recorded after reboot. This pattern was the same for all three reboots. Here are my questions. Why would chan_usbradio.c assign USB device 4-1 (nothing there) to usb27179? Is the "possibly stuck USB read channel" a timing test? This seemed to pass shortly after. The stuck channel was the one that was blinking slowly and not responding properly to the radio. The channel drivers are not disabled. They are not enabled. Simple edit to enable the channel drivers and features you want to use. DIAL for Pi B?

Not sure if this has been asked already... Will the DIAL distro work on a Pi B? I am happily running it on a PC and also on a Pi2... I have a Pi B sitting here that I'd like to try running some SIP phones on, maybe a hub node? The CPU usage under Debian seems much lower, maybe the Pi B can be useful too? Thanks. 73 Kyle K0KN
