Troubleshooting Echolink

Is there a way to troubleshoot Echolink? I had echolink connected to one of my nodes but decided to move it to another one for technical reasons. Each node has its own public IP. I configured all of the ports as they should be in my firewall but after ½ an hour or more, it has not shown back up in the list at echolink. Watching the Asterisk CLI, I see a lot of the following: -- Remote UNIX connection -- Remote UNIX connection disconnected Thanks Jamey WR4JW

I think maybe my android iax version is out of date i thought maybe i had the correct configuration for iax for the phone however it still wont connect any suggestions? Thanks for replying! Yes, jumper P551 is set to flat audio. I am working OK using carrier access, just not able to implement CTCSS access. Switching from carrier access to CTCSS access - Asterisk DIAL using URI interface

Hello, I recently updated from Asterisk ACID to Asterisk DIAL due to hardware (CPU) problems. The install went well, and I am now able to use the Lenovo CPU that I had trouble with (Sept 7, 2015). I was recently informed that it would be preferable if I were to use CTCSS access on my node instead of carrier access, and I have been attempting to do so, first by activating ctcss via dsp in the usbradio.conf file, then by reprogramming my Mot M120 radio for a channel with carrier access, or the alternate channel with ctcss access and adding a line from pin 8 of the radio accessory connector to pin 7 of the URI. In Radio-Tune-Menu, choice 4 Auto-Detect Rx CTCSS Level Value passes, but if I try performing a DTMF command like *81, I get no reply from the node. Any ideas as to what I should try next? Dual Node / Dual Echolink

I am building a new AllStar Node, actually a dual node (one repeater, one simplex link). I would also like to have dual echolink connection services. So via echolink you could have connections to two different echolink callsigns. One tied to the first Allstar node, the second echolink instance would connect to the second Allstar node. So far, I attempted to set up a second stanza, with a new stanza name [el1] and different echolink parameters and Allstar node numbers. It doesn't seem to work. Has anyone been able to do something like this? Clues? ...STeve - KF5VH

Large AllStar link Demo, stations needed to connect in

*Saturday November 7th* *From * 11:00-12:30 PM Mountain Time 10:00-11:50AM Pacific Time 1:00 - 2:50PM Eastern Standard time 17:00-18:54 UTC I will be doing an AllStar presentation and live demo. (The demo will be at the end of the time frame stated above). I need as many stations to connect as possible using AllStar link, and I am wondering if anyone here has a *hub* they want to designate for the event. The internet bandwidth is limited. I will have two nodes, a baofeng/sound Fob simplex node and a SM50 repeater to show the diversity of Allstar hardware.
