Hello All, I have a problem I am not able to figure out. This is my HUB node and has 28640-28647 configured on it. There are no radios/interfaces connected to this hub. Compiling app_rpt with Fedora 18 on Cubieboard

Dear all, I've purchased a Cubieboard to connect with a URI and app_rpt. I've been attempting to compile the software using Fedora 18 (for Cubieboard), largely step-by-step with phase1.sh, and using a slightly modified phase2.sh. All went well with phase1.sh but I have an error with the phase2.sh script - the output is as follows: ... I checked the kernel headers, and these are later than those shown above; [root@cubie-f18-v7hl ~]# yum -y install kernel-devel kernel-headers Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit Package kernel-imx-devel-3.6.10-8.fc18.armv7hl already installed and latest version Package kernel-headers-3.9.4-200.fc18.armv7hl already installed and latest version Nothing to do I think that the obvious thing is to install the above kernel sources, but I'm not quite certain how to do this> Can someone point me in the right direction? Echolink Announcements

Hello All. I am having a small problem I hope someone can help me out. My Allstar node has Echolink and it works great it announces every call that connects. Now that I have linked my Allstar node to another Allstar node when some connects to my node from Echolink I will hear the call sign but on the other node I will hear node numbers not a call sign. How can I have the other linked node say the call sign. Example: VE3ELB via Echolink connecting to. Node: 29321 will announce VE3ELB connected. Node 29321 is linked to node 28507 Node: 28507 will announce node 123456 connected. I would like both nodes to say the call sign of the connecting station Any help will be great. Thank you. I am new toallstar link and am curious about the scheduler under node configuration on theallstar site. Can it be set to automatically link or unlink from a node? If socan anyone point me to where I can find info on this? Thanks Bob

Need connection for msf5000.

Been looking all over the place for a good info on how to interface my msf5000 to my URI. Got some stuff that point to some test point, but I just cant find them on the digital control board. Anyone have a photo or a service manual the point where are the test point on the controler so that I can find them? Getting pretty frustrated here...

Error: Too many open files

I usually keep connected to my hub node watching the CLI, I noticed the hub was acting weird. The screen showed the following error: "WARNING[7520]: asterisk.c:1011 listener: Accept returned -1: Too many open files" Tried looking at the log but noticed it was 750Mb. I was in the process of renaming it to view later and accidentally deleted it. Has anyone else had this error? -- boB - W5EVH

Allmon on ACID

I have been trying for a few days to get Allmon to work with my nodes. For some reason it will not login via the manager interface. Are there some detailed instructions to get it installed. I have read the README at https://github.com/tsawyer/allmon/blob/master/README several times and still not able to get it to connect. I have also edited manager.conf 8-10 times and still am unable to make it work. I am not new to Linux or Asterisk at all, but for some reason I can't get this to work. Regards, Chris Andrist, KC7WSU
